Ed always had a passion for plants. In 1985, he moved to Dallas and set up shop at the downtown Dallas Farmers Market. He’s come a long way from a small rental space to a 7-acre garden center. Ed moved his business from downtown Dallas to Keller in 2008. Since 2008, Landscape Systems has become one of the top places in DFW to shop for plants, unique gifts, and landscape design. He supervises on-site construction on all of his projects and is always happy to consult with clients. Ed and his wife have eight beautiful grandchildren and are very active in their church and community.
Throughout high school, Brian worked at Landscape Systems part-time and developed a passion for designing landscapes and helping customers achieve the yard of their dreams. He has been designing award-winning landscapes for over 20 years. He is more than happy to help you figure out what is best for your yard by providing options and showing you around the garden center. Brian supervises on-site construction on all of his projects and prepares cost estimates to fit your budget. Brian has seven children, a lovely wife, and five dogs. Brian and his family are very involved in the Stepping Stones Foundation and the community.
Tom has his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Landscape Architecture. He acquired his bachelor’s at Texas Tech and his master’s at the University of Oregon. He enjoys creating outdoor spaces combining elements of plants, stone, wood and water. He endeavors to minimize landscape maintenance and water usage while utilizing evergreen, indigenous, and flowering plant materials. He creatively incorporates topographic and drainage elements into landscape designs. He attempts to adapt historic landscape design elements into garden designs. Tom supervises on-site construction on all of his projects and creates designs to fit your budget. He has 43 years of experience.
Lee has been growing and designing landscapes since 1974. He owned his own garden center in Bryan, Texas and, later, one in Montgomery, Texas focusing on landscape design. Lee graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Horticulture. Lee incorporates indigenous plants, stone, and wood into his designs. He enjoys turning an old landscape into a new one. Lee supervises on-site construction on all of his projects and will work within your budget.
Since 1984, Von has been designing floral arrangements and interior pieces. She’s owned her own floral and gift shops and has a great eye for placement and beauty. Von loves to repurpose and turn old into new. In our gift shop, Von has several premade silk arrangements and she’s always willing to help you design a work of art. Drop in anytime to redesign your own or create a new silk floral masterpiece.
Kobe is an eight-year-old English Lab. Kobe is a very sweet and smart boy. He is great at greeting our customers and napping. Come by and tell him he’s a good boy!
Hank is a one-year-old English Bulldog. He enjoys long walks around the garden center and napping. He’s learning from his older brother Kobe how to meet and greet customers.
