Any item returned or exchanged must be in its original condition.

Gift shop items & plants are eligible for returns, refunds, and/or exchanges WITHIN 7 DAYS of purchase.

Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original card with a 5% processing fee, or may choose to receive the full refund amount as a store credit.

Trees and shrubs planted by Landscape Systems Garden Center are warranted for 6 MONTHS at 100% replacement cost, as long as there is a properly functioning bubbler/irrigation system present and the items were planted with landscape mix and shale. 

Trees, shrubs, or plants NOT planted by Landscape Systems are warranted for 90 days at 50% replacement cost, as long as there is a properly functioning bubbler/irrigation system present and the items were planted with landscape mix and shale. 

Landscape Systems must be notified by phone, email, or in person BEFORE the plant is completely dead. 

Plants under 3 gallons in size are not warrantable, including annuals, perennials, seasonal color, indoor and tropical plants.

No warranty on discounted items (including plantings).

Warranty-eligible plants will only be replaced ONCE. 

Acts of nature including FREEZING, WIND, HAIL or INSECT/PEST INFESTATION void all warranties.
