Call, visit the garden center, or submit a form online to get started. From there, you’ll schedule a 15-minute call with a landscape expert to talk through your space, goals, and priorities. You’ll discuss how you want to use your yard, what challenges you’re dealing with, and what matters most to you. By the end of the call, you’ll know if an on-site consultation makes sense and what the next steps look like.

For $150, you’ll meet with an experienced landscape professional at your home for a consultation lasting up to one hour. This is where your project starts to take shape. Your property is measured, your soil is evaluated, and your ideas are discussed in detail with someone who understands what works in North Texas conditions. You’ll get clear, practical guidance on what’s possible, along with direction on budget and scope so you can move forward with confidence.

After the consultation, your project is developed into a clear, itemized proposal based on your goals and the conditions of your property. A sketched design is included so you can see how your space will come together, including plant materials and layout. You’ll be invited to the garden center to review your proposal in person, ask questions, and make decisions with the plants and materials in front of you. If your project calls for it, a more detailed or 3D design is available for an added cost.

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll approve the proposal and submit a 50% deposit. Your project is then scheduled based on scope and availability. You’ll have a clear understanding of timing and what to expect as your installation approaches.

Before anything is planted, your plants are delivered and laid out in your yard. You can walk the space, see how everything looks, and request adjustments before installation begins. This step gives you full visibility into the final result and eliminates surprises later.

Your landscape is installed by experienced, in-house crews using plants sourced directly from the garden center. Proper planting methods, efficient execution, and attention to detail all come together to create a landscape that not only looks beautiful, but performs well over time.

Once installation is complete, you’ll walk the project with the team to review everything. As horticultural experts, the team will give you clear guidance on how to care for your plants, answer your questions, and give you the knowledge you need to protect your investment.
