Experienced Professionals Behind Every Outdoor Space
Meet the Founder, Ed Ruibal
Ed Ruibal relocated to Dallas in 1985 and established his business in the downtown Dallas Farmers Market. What began as a small retail plant space continued growing into a respected garden center and landscape destination serving homeowners across North Texas.
In 2008, Ed moved the business from downtown Dallas to Keller, Texas, where Landscape Systems Garden Center continued expanding its reputation for quality plants, unique gifts, landscape design, and personalized service. His leadership helped shape the company into one of the most trusted destinations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for homeowners looking to improve their outdoor environment with guidance from knowledgeable experts.
Ed takes pride in creating a welcoming feel for customers while staying deeply connected to the local community. Alongside his wife Deana, he remains actively involved in church and community life while continuing to support the family-owned-and-operated values that influence the customer experience today.
Meet the CEO, Brian Ruibal
CEO Brian Ruibal began working part-time at Landscape Systems while still in high school, where he developed a passion for landscape design and helping homeowners create gathering areas suited to their properties and lifestyles.
With more than 20 years of experience, Brian has designed spectacular landscapes throughout North Texas while guiding clients to make informed decisions about plant selection, layout, and outdoor living design. He takes pride in guiding customers through the garden center, helping them evaluate options, and recommending solutions that fit the needs of their yard and long-term goals.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys supporting his church and community. He is passionate about supporting local ministries and on-profits, especially those that serve at-risk youths in the Keller area.

You’ll get clear, practical guidance on what’s possible, along with direction on budget and scope so you can move forward with confidence.

After the consultation, your project is developed into a clear, itemized proposal based on your goals and the conditions of your property. A sketched design is included so you can see how your space will come together, including plant materials and layout. You’ll be invited to the garden center to review your proposal in person, ask questions, and make decisions with the plants and materials in front of you. If your project calls for it, a more detailed or 3D design is available for an added cost.

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll approve the proposal and submit a 50% deposit. Your project is then scheduled based on scope and availability. You’ll have a clear understanding of timing and what to expect as your installation approaches.
